Launched  in 2018, for completion in 2032,

the  Mungaka Translation project of Bible  continue to suffer for several factors.

The project of translation Bible in Munkanga continues slowly due to the sécurity issues and crisis in North-West region Cameroon, without forgetting the covid-19.

So,the translation of the Books of the New Testament continues.The Overall progressed this last year from 09% to 21%.

The projet has had three checking made online by her Translation consultant Dr Samah Essosolim from Togo.

Thus, The Books of Mark and Luke were checked .

According to Alliance Biblique du Cameroun,(ABC) the training of translators toon place online and according to the participants,it was a success.The team has attended two Times to the United Bible Society Translators training organisés also onlyne.

Among the difficulties encountered by the translators  Mukangua ,principaly, the situation of crisis in the Nord-West region which doesn’t allow these to work normally and affect trainings and checking.

Actually,the projet have 21 books not started,30 in 1st draft,13 in 3rd Draft and 3 whose, Matthew,Mark and Luke in ready for publishing.It should be noted that the translators continues to work despite the security situation, even if they cannot work every days.

 The are appealing for prayer to complete the project.
